    Customization Process:

    • Pet Hair Submission: To create your custom diamond, we require 20 grams of your pet's hair. Please ensure the hair is clean and free of debris before sending it to us.
    • Customization Timeframe: The process of transforming the pet hair into a stunning diamond takes approximately 4 months from the time we receive the hair. This includes both the creation of the diamond and the crafting of the necklace.
    • Certification Option: Please note that certification applies to the diamond only, not to the gemstones.

    How to Submit Your Pet's Hair:

    • After placing your order, you will receive a detailed guide on how to collect and send your pet’s hair to us.
    • Package the hair securely and send it to the provided address. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure it arrives safely.

    Pricing and Payment:

    • The cost of the necklace includes the customization of the diamond.

    Please note that ALL our products are highly personalized and customized products, crafted specifically to your unique specifications using your pet's hair.   • Shipping:

    Pet Hair Submission: The cost of shipping the required 20 grams of your pet's hair to us will be the responsibility of the client. We recommend using a secure and tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

    Product Delivery: Once we receive your pet's hair, all subsequent shipping costs, including the delivery of the final "Gold Purrfection" necklace, will be covered by us. We will ensure that your custom necklace is securely packaged and shipped to you with tracking information provided.

    International Shipping: For clients outside our primary shipping area, any additional customs fees or import taxes will also be the client's responsibility. We will cover the standard shipping costs.
