      • The preferred format for the photo is JPEG or PNG.

    • Customization Process:

      • Once we receive the photo and text, our design team will begin the customization process.
      • This process takes approximately 2 months to complete. We take great care in ensuring that every detail is perfect, from the engraving of your pet’s image to the placement of the personalized text.
